Term Deposit (TD)

The Term Deposit (T.D.) is an interest-bearing account, formalised by a contract by which you agree to set aside an amount of at least 1000 DH, with no maximum limit, for a fixed period. The compensation rate is then determined by this period, ranging from 3 to 36 months.

Remuneration

-Interest payable in arrears (post-paid interest).
-Tax levied on interest earned on T.D. accounts, withheld at source by the Bank on behalf of the Public Treasury, in accordance with the provisions of the Finance Law in force.

A flexible package

The possibility of an advance on funds in the event of an unforeseen event prior to contract maturity, limited to 90% of the deposit amount .
-It must be made by handwritten request duly signed by the deposit holder .
-Repayment must be made no later than the T.D. maturity date.
